Welcome to Game Den ("Platform", "we", "us"), accessible at games.iminim.in. By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and redeem coins for real money. Users aged 13–17 may use the Platform in browse/play mode only, without account registration or coin redemption. By registering, you confirm you are 18 or older.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password.
One account per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. The Coin System

3.1 Earning Coins

Registered users can earn coins through the following legitimate activities:

Playing games — +10 coins per session (once per game per day)
Watching ads — +50 coins per ad watch (max 3 per day)
Daily streak bonus — up to +200 coins for consecutive daily play
Referrals — +100 coins when a referred user registers; referred user receives +50 coins

3.2 Coin Value

100 coins = ₹1 (Indian Rupee). This rate may change with 7 days' notice.

3.3 Redemption

Minimum redemption: 1,000 coins (₹10).
Payouts are processed to your UPI ID within 7 working days.
Coins have no cash value outside this Platform and cannot be transferred between accounts.
We reserve the right to withhold payouts if fraudulent activity is detected.

4. Tax Obligations

Coin redemptions may be subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under the Income Tax Act, 1961. Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes on earnings received through the Platform. We may deduct TDS as required by Indian law on payments exceeding statutory thresholds.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to earn coins artificially
Create multiple accounts to claim referral bonuses fraudulently
Manipulate, hack, or exploit the Platform in any way
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Upload, share, or distribute harmful, illegal, or infringing content
Impersonate another user or person

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any accumulated coins.

6. Games and Content

Games hosted on this Platform are provided for entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any game. Game content is the responsibility of the respective developers. We reserve the right to remove any game at any time.

7. Advertisements

The Platform displays advertisements served by third-party ad networks (including Monetag). We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Ad revenue funds the coin reward system.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of coins or money. Earning potential depends on your activity and may vary.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Game Den shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of coins due to account termination for violations of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion. Upon termination, unredeemed coins are forfeited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
